When you have questions before placing the order.

If you have concerns about the product or shipping, you can call or email us or better yet, place your order online and write your notes in the order comments box.
We will assign it to the customer support specialist who is most knowledgeable in the particular topic and will fill your order only after your approval.

Note: when you place an order online your card is being authorized only, but not automatically charged. We inspect every order, make adjustments if needed, and do it manually. Every order is carefully checked by our experienced product specialists to make sure that all necessary components where purchased. If we notice that anything is missing, we will contact you promptly before shipping.



More examples:

  • My event is on Friday 12/31, if my order will arrive via the free shipping or if the additional shipping cost to expedite is less than $100, go ahead and ship. If it’s more, please email or call me with the quote for my approval.

  • We are sales tax exempt, but there was sales tax added. I will email you our certificate, please change the sales tax to $0 and resend the updated invoice.

  • I would like to ship this order on my Fedex account instead, ship it ground, our account number XYXYX.
