  • Every order is carefully checked by our experienced product specialists to make sure that all necessary components where purchased. If we notice that anything is missing, we will contact you promptly before shipping.
  • At the time of placing the order on our website, your card is only authorized we will charge it manually after checking that everything is correct or after your additional approval is received if needed (large freight or expedited shipping orders).

I am sales tax-exempt but there is a sales tax on my order?

At the time of placing the order on our website, your card is only authorized. Please email us your sales tax exempt form and we will delete the sales tax before charging your card.

How can I get your W-9 Form?

We can email you our W9 form, please inquire.

How can I get the tracking number for my order

We will email you the tracking number when the order is shipped. If you have a deadline when you have to have it - please let us know and we will make sure that it will get there on time or if there is an upcharge for expedited shipping we will contact you for your approval first.
