How does it work? Add to your shopping cart the barriers that you want to purchase. Then send us the description of what you want to be printed on the belt including any logo files. We will then give you an exact quote. Only after your approval of your artwork we will process your order. Please call us or email if you have any questions.

Retractable belts can be printed with the customer’s own inscriptions, warnings, logo, photos, graphics promotions. Our pricing and quality offer is by far the best in the market!

Standard printing lead time 2-3 weeks, if you need faster let us know the date and we will let you know if we can make it.

How to Order

Online: You can order any of our stanchions on the website, for the belt color select “Custom Belt” or “Black Belt”. When checking out, write in the order notes ”I want the belts to be custom printed, will email you the details shortly”. Your order will be processed only after you approve the additional charges.

Or you can ask for a quote via the email or by phone.

Artwork for custom printed belts & wraps.

Usually, customers email us their logo (vector file) and a description of how they want the belts to be printed (example: “please print our white logo on a purple belt on both sides, repeat logo every 9” inches)

Proof: After getting your instructions and logo files, we will create a mockup and will email for your inspection and approval.

Lead time is 2-3 weeks, for a shorter lead time please inquire.

Retractable Belt Custom Printing.

Belt width is a standard 2” or 3” inches.

Printing area - leave ¼“ top and bottom as this is the closest the logo or text print can be to the belt edge. For the dye-sub printing the background belt color is printed all the way to the edge but the logo or text still cannot be closer than ¼ “. This is to allow for the belt wander and shrinkage during the print process.

Pro tip - add a clearly visible design at the beginning of the belt so your staff will not overextend the belts. You have to keep about 12” inches or more of the belt inside the spool, so if you pull on the belt it can safely retract from the post instead of pulling and tipping over your stanchions.

Post Wrap Printing.

The Post Wrap template is for a standard 2.5” diameter post. It is just a rectangle, you can fit the artwork up to the edges. The dimensions are 8” x 37 ¼ “ the template is pre-sized so you just need to fit the artwork to it. One note – the square at the top is the area where the wrap will have the slots for the cassette receiver splines cut out so that area should be left as a plain background color. No bleed needed for the wrap, the artwork can fill the whole rectangle up to the edges. Download the template .ai file here.
